Fight against depression
Our young generation is our future presenters. They are the one’s who will make big innovations and develop new ideas for more comfortable journey of life and for such comfort our youth has to be energetic and optimistic but instead they are heading towards fatigue, depression and turning pessimist. Then, how can they become our future presenters.
Reasons behind such depression:-
There are ‘n’ number of reasons behind such depression. Let’s have a look at them.
1. Academic Stress:
One of the most important problems in today’s youth is academic stress and want to become famous and better than others. Stressing over classes, grades and test can cause you to become depressed, especially if you’re expected to excel at all costs or are beginning to struggle with your course load.
2. Social Pressure:
Society, the most terrifying word of our life, most of the depression in youth is caused due to society. The presence of society in our life spoils the mental peace and make one feel heavy and depressed. Society is much more interested in one’s life, which hamper the mental peace and lead towards depression.
3. Romantic Problems:
In the adolescence romantic entanglements become a much more prominent and influential part of life. From breakups to unrequited affections these are a plethora of the ways in which budding love lives can cause teens to become depressed.
4. Low Self – Esteem:
Being a teenager isn’t easy on the self – esteem. From a changing body to the appearance of pimples, it can seen as if mother nature herself is conspiring against you to negativity affect your level of self confidence when the self – esteem level drop below a certain point, it’s not uncommon to become depressed.
Above are some of the most common reasons of depression. Family need to understand and help their child to recover. Even today in this modern era, going to a psychiatrist for mental stability is seen as if the person is mad, but that’s not a good thing. Counselling is must if the child is facing a problem of depression. So, think of your child not the people who talk rubbish on your back.
