‘BAAGHI REVIEW’: TREAT FOR ACTION LOVERS
Baaghi is a action thriller movie directed by Sabbir Khan Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala Starring Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Sudheer Babu and Paras Arora and Music given by Meet Bros, Amaal Malik, Ankit Tiwari, Manj Musik.
STORY
Ronny (Tiger Shroff) is a rebel and the reason behind is unknown. Knowing the nature of his son his father sends him to a disipilarary school in karela which is run by his friend.
On the other hand Sia (Shraddha Kapoor) is quite happy loving girl who is just loved by everyone.
When Ronny meats Sia they fall in love but things change when Raghav (Sudheer Babu) who is a star student of the academy also starts loving Sia from here the battle to get the girl starts with all martial arts talent.
ACTING
Tiger: After debuting in 2014 heropanti tiger shroff waited for 2 years to get a got script but is this the choice he made? When it comes to action scene and dance tiger shroff steals the show and it is a much needed treat for the audience. And tiger with this movie again showed a new talent of him that is martial arts.
Shraddha : Shraddha as a actor was not much in the movie though she is was one of the selling point of the movie or maybe she is not used up in the movie well. And in the romantic scene the chemistry doesn’t work.
Sudheer Babu: he plays the lead antagonist. Apart from his drool worthy abs, the South sensation puts up an average act. But with this movie he certainly made fans in bollywood with his looks and style.
Sunil Grover: The comedian turned actor was good in the role of Sia’s father and as far as his acting is concerned he does justice to his character.
DIRECTION:
The movie is directed by Sabbir Khan and story by Sanjeev Dutta is quite catchy but it is not that attractive that can hold the audience for 2 hour on their seat. In portions the movie is great but as a whole it lacks and disappoints us. T he story looses its originality as it is inspired from lots of stories.
MUSIC:
The music is given by Meet Brothers, Amaal Malik and Ankit Tiwari. Songs like ‘Sab Tera’ and ‘Cham Cham’ have already doing good before the movie released. Meet Brothers composed Girl I Need You is quite different from their previous works. After giving a series of item songs, the composers give us a romantic rap song. S o on a whole the music is good in the movie.
VERDICT:
The movie on a hole is average. Talking about the goods, the action scenes are well performed by both. But due to the predictable second half the movies is just average. So if you want to enjoy some action or if you are a Tiger or Shraddha fan then I suggest you to watch the movie.
So 2/5 star to the movie.
