British’s biggest charity against Dementia
First of all I would clear your confusion about the disease” Dementia” it is a disease which caused by damage of the brain cells person suffering from this disease suffers from memory loss, speech and language difficulty ,and many more but to curb the disease Britain’s most leading charities have announced their biggest ever donations Alzheimer’s society and Alzheimer’s research UK on Sunday announced their biggest ever financial commitments to the cause, each pledging 50 million pounds ($73 million).
The disease which is facing in the human race for that the new institutes open in 2020 will share a platform of scientists and experts across the globes which transform the landscape of dementia.
Science Minister Jo Johnson said: “We want Britain to lead the way in tackling this terrible condition, and scientific research and understanding is crucial to this.”
Government officials estimate that in 20 years the number of Britons suffering from dementia will be around 1.7 million, double the current figure.
