Don’t Feel Like Going To Office In The Morning Want To Quit Read This

At a point of time, the situation comes when we don’t feel like going to work even if we love our work. Such work related stress can happen with anyone. It may be due to long working hours, tough deadlines, or just due to travelling a long distance from home to the office. But such short-term tensions can result being harmful for mental, emotional and physical health.

Sometimes stressful work environment causes headache, stomachache, sleeping issues, shot temper or trouble in concentrating. It often results in bigger issue like insomnia, anxiety, high or low blood pressure or weakened immune system. It can also cause depression with overeating problems, smoking or consuming alcohol. Not being able to cope up with time management between meeting deadlines results in problems in one’s personal life affecting family or relationships.

Such problems can occur to anyone. So here are some easy tips one can use to cope up with such stressful situations.

  • What causes stress to you?

It’s important to know what irritates you or when you get stressed. Keep a track on your stress. Also keep a track on how you react on such activities.

  • try good things to remove your stress

If you’re stressed, don’t fight it by doing negative stuff, try better options. Do exercise, or yoga, or any type of physical activity. Try doing things you love like, follow a hobby or your favorite activity like reading a novel, going to a concert or playing games. Limit the use of caffeine and watching television or mobile phones. Take a good sleep.

  • Crate a boundary between work and life

It is crucial to create a boundary between your work and your personal life. Stop attending phone calls during dinnerand checking mails in evening at home. This will stop the conflict between life and work.

  • Take time for simple activities

Though you have to reach office early in the morning, but it’s OK to take some out for the simple activities. This includes breathing, enjoying the breakfast or relaxing while taking a walk. These activities will help you become stronger.

  • Spend time with loved ones

It’s important to take regular breaks from work. Spend time with family and friends. It’s alright to switch off work for a day or two. Don’t let your vacations go in vein. Get some time to relax, do things according to your needs and preferences.

  • Talk to you supervisor

You can talk to your supervisor about the stressful environment at work. It’s not about complaining, it about coming up with good solutions to improve the stressful situations.
