Google launches free Wi-Fi connections in 5 railway stations
Now, Google will launches its free Wi-Fi connections in five railway stations they are Ujjain, Patna, Gwahati, Jaipur and Allahabad railway stations. Google also said in a release that there will also be High-speed service provided to 100 railway stations across the India. The service will initiated by Minister of railway station Suresh Prabhu soon. Adding to this it is said that the users will take advantage of service across 15 countries plus.
“We’re seeing incredible usage of the Wi-Fi service across the stations and over 2.5 lakhs users are using the service every week, demonstrating more than 2x growth in less than a month,” Google India Head of Access Programs Gulzar Azad said. The retail –Google service now currently available at Mumbai Central, Pune, Bhopal, Ranchi, Jaipur, Vijaywada.
