Finally it announced that now most popular social networking site after Whatss App and Facebook it declared that Instagram is now coming with a new feature’ Businesses’ it will receive tools to help measure engagement with customers and it is all about how the business account should communicate with its customers .Instagram’s blog post talks about how this has been arrived at after hundreds of interviews with businesses; helping them identify three key needs- to stand out, get insights and find new customers, all from within the app.
The post also discusses the benefits of a business profile which include helping unlock insights include and deciding whether a customer can call, text, or email the business with the help of a conveniently placed ‘contact’ button. The contact button, additionally, can also help provide directions to the customers looking to step into the shop.
The new features are similar to tools on Facebook and Twitter, which allow users to pay the social networks to promote specific posts. Businesses on Facebook can build profiles that help them handle customer service complaints and share information online.Businesses create special profiles that will allow customers to contact them directly rather than posting public comments. Instagram will also offer business users new data on which posts are getting the most engagement and give them the ability to turn posts into advertisements.
These Business profiles will be rolling out in the US, Australia and New Zealand in the coming months and will be globally available in all regions by the end of the year.
