Yes technology behind the cameras is what makes the model look so beautiful and amazing. So here is how a BBC Horizon documentary showed the trick behind the flawless hairs. Here are the steps:

The Light Trick: Fluorescent lights are diffused through a frame from above, creating a gentle shine

STEP 2:

The Invisible Man: A man in a green suit flicks the hair using a stick. Thanks to the green screen, he can be edited out later

STEP 3:

The Swish: The model shows off her locks… with hidden hair extensions
