Pamela Anderson ex-baywatch star, playboy model, activist and animal rights campaigner spoke about the pornography at Oxford University. She spoke about how her marriage is hurt by the leaked sex tapes.

She said: “I was told due to my background I had no right to privacy. It made me feel worthless.” Pamela showed her concern about today’s generation watching porn and how they “think that’s what love looks like”. “I’m romantic,” she told the audience. “I am afraid that the world might forget how to make love.”

Pamela said she would like to see a campaign launched to curb the consumption of pornography as a social experiment.

She also felt that it encourage violence against women. Pamela gave light to Donald Trump’s attitude towards women and misogynistic comments about groping them. She says “So I was completely offended like everybody else, and I don’t like the way he said it was just locker room behaviour, because I don’t believe that’s true of the men who do speak that way, even about me.”

She herself faced such moments from her childhood to her career. She got abused, raped, molested in childhood.

“It’s got to stop, you’ve got to have respect for women, behind closed doors, around women and around men.”

Pamela was joined by American rabbi and spiritual advisor, Shmuley Boteach at the union.
