Brain seems the main CPU in the human body it is all that controls the whole body function every small and big human organ functioning is controlled by brain, so it’s our responsibility to take care of this organ which is very delicate and a little bit of ignorance can harm very much to us. Among the low-fat diet control group, a significant decrease in all aspects of cognitive function was found. By comparison, subjects in the Mediterranean diet plus nuts group performed better in memory tests, and the Mediterranean diet plus olive oil group showed better performance in the executive function and global cognition tests in follow up testing.

Since the Mediterranean diet has been shown to offer protection against heart disease, diabetes  and certain cancers, without negative side effects, there are few reasons not to follow this healthy (and delicious) eating plan.
