Selena Gomez is still on the path of recovery but she has taken a break from her treatment facility on Oct. 7, as the singer was pictured checking out some ice cream at a local arcade in Tennessee. Selena was dressed super casual for the occasion, as she was wearing a loose cream-colored sweater, skintight black leggings, an over sized white jacket and fur-lined boots.

Selena had cancelled the rest of her Revival Tour dates in order to work on her health, specifically issues with anxiety and depression. And since then, she’s been keeping a low profile. As Selena has suffered from lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways discovering anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus.

Selena is more focused on maintaining her health and happiness and she has decided that the best way forward is to take some time off. US Weekly on Selena’s health, with a source added that ‘she can go to a very dark place. This break is to focus on her mental health’.  She previously went to rehab in 2014 after being diagnosed with autoimmune disease lupus.

Selena was also spotted this past week in Alcoa, Tennessee, enjoying dinner with family at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant before grabbing breakfast with her grandparents at River stoneownsend.
