IIM Indore organized the Cultural & Talent Show –ULLAS for IIM Indore community members on June 18, 2017. The purpose of the event was to bring together the entire community of the Institute—faculty, staff and their entire families and showcase the abundant talent of the community members. The event witnessed participation of around 100 persons and audience ranging from children as young as 3 years to their grandparents as well. The event also provided a platform for the members to take part in various competitions and explore their talents.

The children took part in Spot Painting and Drawing on Saturday, June 17, 2017 where the kids came up with amazing strokes showcasing their dream-world. The second day had a Kids Fashion Show—enchanting the stage with beautifully dressed little talents walking down the ramp.

Other competitions included Singing, Dancing, Group Dance, Instrumental Music, Poetry Recitation and Short Play as well. All the competitions witnessed huge enthusiastic participants encouraging each other with team-spirit and fun.

On this occasion, the school going children of the family of the staff and faculty members who passed class 10th and 12th Board Examinations with flying colors were also felicitated. In keeping with the social campaign of the Government that aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls, namely, “Beti Bachao, Beti Padao,” and to encourage higher education of the girl child, all the girl students who received graduation degree during the year 2016 were also felicitated.
