In Coming Next Decades ‘AI’ Likely to Replace 50% Jobs : Kai-Fu Lee
The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasing in everyday life and we are becoming dependent on that too. According to Kai-Fu Lee, founder of venture capital firm Sinovation Venture and a top voice on tech in China “robots are likely to replace 50 percent of all jobs in the next decade,” said.
It is the wave of the future which is above all the human tech revolution including all kind of like mobile internet, internet industrial revolution, digital revolution, because today AI is ubiquitous.
“AI have much capabilities compare to human being,” Lee added. “Companies in which my firm has invested can accomplish goal such as recognizing 3 million faces at the same time, or dispersing loans in eight seconds” he said as an example.
“As AI entering in the market and occurring biggest revolution in all kind of traditional sector like banking, insurance firms, hospitals are moving with this pace and they possess the biggest treasure,” He said.
“Because AI is about taking data into insight and decision, so I anticipate internet sector, entrepreneurial sector, to continue to grow and in many cases displace and wipe out traditional companies,” he said.
In China has become mandatory for consumers to pay everything from transportation to rent via mobile wallets and transfers.
