Selena Gomez To Take Career Break After Panic Attacks And Depression
Pop singing sensation Salena Gomez is taking a break from career to deal with health affairs, including panic attack and depression. She said in a statement on Tuesday. The “Come & Get It” singer was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease in 2014 and subsequently checked into a rehab facility to receive treatments and undergo chemotherapy.
Lupus is an autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body and affects some 1.5 million Americans, according to the Lupus Foundation of America. It was not immediately clear when she would start her break or what would happen with the rest of her tour, mostly in Europe and South America, through the end of 2016.
Gomez didn’t reveal her secret until last October when she released her album “Revival,” and the 24 year old has been promoting the record since May by performing concerts as part of her “Revival Tour.”
This is how people magazine gave the news of Salena on twitter writing “Selena Gomez taking time off after ‘anxiety, panic attacks and depression’ due to lupus”
“I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges,” she said.
“I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off . . . I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best,” the former Disney Channel star said.
Meanwhile Salena’s Ex Justin is very much enjoying his break and he has recently came back to instagram from quitting it 2 weeks ago due to his fans who was abusing his girlfriend Sofia .
Well he hopes she recovers soon and come on stage as soon as possible.
