Though rainy season is loved and enjoyed by everyone I guess but there is some prevention you should take in this rainy season because this rainy season can harm your beautiful skin also, it can bring bacterial and fungal infections which can make you sick. This wet weather also comes with many skin infections with it but don’t need to worry because here are some home remedies that will cure your skin from this rainy season.

For heat rash

It is also called prickly heat; heat rash is an itchy that is caused by sweating the rash appears on the skin with the tiny blisters

Though the rashes are not much harmful and it goes itself in few days unless it gets infected by scratching it. You can also chose some home remedy like a mixture of gram flour, rose water and milk. Also wash your face with using face wash. You can use anti- bacterial soaps and talcum powder.

For Foot

 

It is very painful fungal infection which is generally caused by ill-fitting and wet shoes

If your suffering like this foot infection in this rainy season than please try this home remedy you should first try to avoid wearing plastic shoes, leather or canvas. Instead of wearing shoes wear more slippers as more as you can and let give your foot to breath. You can also put socks but after washing them regularly.  And try to keep your feet clean and dry.

In this rainy season try to avoid using and sharing others towels or clothes and always try to maintain good hygiene and keep skin area dry by using anti- fungal powder to absorb the sweat.
