Gisele Bundchen highest paid model by Forbes beating Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss
Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen has retained her title as the world’s highest-paid supermodel.though she may have retired from the ramp but her bank account continues to slay on everyone in the modeling industry.
Forbes magazine released its latest list of highest-paid models for 2016, and the Brazilian beauty has, yet again, claimed the No. 1 spot with a handsome $30.5 million earning last year. The close competition to Gisele was Adriana Lima with a less than half earning like Gisele of 10.5 million.
Kim Kardashian’s half-sister Kendall Jenner is tied with Karlie Kloss for third place with $10 million, while another social media favourite, Gigi Hadid, made her debut on the countdown, at five, sharing the spot with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley with $9 million.
The Brazilian retaired in 2014, but continued to reign over Forbes magazine’s annual earnings list, banking $30.5 million in the year from June, 2015, thanks to lucrative fashion deals with brands like Chanel and Carolina Herrera, and sales of her own lingerie and skincare line.
The Brazilian model recently walked in Rio Olympics opening ceremony and she has dominated the fashion and forbs list since 2002.
