Apple already has different columns of emojis including smiley and people, animals and nature, food and drink, activity, travel and places, objects, symbols and flags. But “the new emoji make it easier for users to express themselves with greater diversity, additional animals and creatures, new smiley faces and more”, as says Apple’s newsroom.
The new emojis include:

- T-Rex
- Zebra
- Zombie
- Elf
- Genie
- Star-Struck
- Exploding Head
- Vomiting Smiley Face
- Lol
- Meditation
