Uber customers, not so punctuality will cause you a high penny for every single minute, so start making it on time!!

Yes rightly heard, Uber drivers now will cost £1 i.e. approx.82 rupees, for every five minutes of the wait unless the passenger gets into the drive immediately.

Uber passengers, paying extra just strike up with new updates in the app that rolled up the heart tweaking news of charging people with extra if they do not get into the car within 2-5 minutes.

The update came along with strict rules of cancellation of the rides and in-app tipping for the very first time.

Drivers tip is introduced through an option in the app that will appear in the smart phones and are applicable to the UberEATS and firm’s food delivery services.

Jo Bertram, the firm’s UK regional general manager legitimized these changes in accordance with driver’s consultation of the firm’s.

August 22, is the date from which waiting charges came into consideration for all.

Ms. Bertram notified, “Drivers’ time is valuable and every minute spent waiting for a rider means less time driving and making money.”That’s why – from two minutes after the driver arrives at the pick-up point – riders will pay 20p for every further minute they keep their driver waiting.”

 

 

Cancellation time for any window is also now under a specific duration for any of the drives where a customer might end up paying a cancellation charge of journey request just after two minutes down from five minutes previously.

“Following feedback we feel this is too long as drivers are well on their way to the pick-up point and have already invested time and fuel,” Ms. Bertram concluded.

Uber not so fair for the customers but in a way punctuality will spread through Ubers ultimate features. Great for many!!!
